The National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) unveiled the Heydar Aliyev Auditorium, built to pay tribute to Heydar Aliyev-the national leader of Azerbaijan-on the occasion of his centenary.
Azerbaijan Ambassador Khizr Farhadov, diplomats from various countries, government officials, and many university teachers and students were present. The Embassy of Azerbaijan hosted the event highlighting the life and diplomatic services of Heydar Aliyev. During the event, Ambassador Farhadov expressed gratitude for the lasting friendship between Pakistan and Azerbaijan, especially the Karabakh conflict.
He acknowledged the unwavering diplomatic support from the people and government of Pakistan. Ambassador Farhadov said that Pakistan is the first country to recognise Azerbaijan, which promoted historical relations.
